Legović Accounting is a family-run accounting firm based in Poreč with over thirty years of experience supporting clients in Croatia. In recent years, we have focused especially on foreign owners of houses, apartments, and villas who earn rental income.

Our clients come primarily from Austria and Germany, as well as Italy, Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Croatians who live and work abroad.

We understand both Croatian and foreign regulations

Our job is to ensure you do not need to study tax laws and regulations. We handle VAT-related obligations, tourist levies, annual filings, and alignment with the rules in the country where you live.

Communication in the language that suits you

We communicate with clients in German, English, and Italian, via email, video calls, or in person in Poreč. The entire cooperation can take place online, including document and report exchange.

We prepare clear property-level reports, handle taxes, tourist levies, and annual filings—with transparent communication in your language.
